The bag limit for musky fishing is one fish over 54 inches, with only one fish over 42 inches allowed in possession of the water. All other muskies must be immediately returned to the water unharmed.

Aquatic Invasive Species Management

During the trip, a boat owner should complete all required activities.

1. Clear the boat and clean the exterior if any vegetation or mud has accumulated inside or outside the boat.
2. To remove and destroy vegetation or organisms that cannot pass through a waterway, wash/power spray down the boat (if needed). Before leaving, boaters must go through three easy actions.
3. Ensure that the boat’s water draining system does not contain any chemicals or bait water.
4. Dry the boat for five days or longer if needed.
