Critical:Quality,ValueMy nails weren’t even a week old. The second day the paint on my thumbs were chipping. On the fifth day both nails broke. I went back to get them repaired and honestly my experience there wasn’t good at all especially for the price I paid. First she used a mint green color instead of sky blue i told her it wasn’t the same color as the rest of my nails so she took it off. Then from the picture you can tell that the design on both fingers is much thicker and she rushed. While I was there two different people came back after getting there nails and feet done complained about the paint chipping off. My first time going there a lady complained about her polish looking so clumpy I should’ve known right then and there smh but I’m new to Houston so I tried this place and never again. Critical:Professionalism,QualityMe and my fiancé came here for the first time, pedicures and full set. The pedicures were perfect. The lady did my full set while I was getting my pedicure. She was rushing and not really paying attention. My nails on my right hand are longer than my left hand. They are slanted & crooked on top because she was sitting on the side of me. Paid $30 for shellac, which was fair. However the next day I discover my tech cut my cuticles so far back that I now have scabs forming on 3 of my fingers. Pain definitely not worth the price!
