Sanitation procedures at Guitar Help
Protecting our clients and their instruments is our top priority. Our customer service procedures follow the guidelines issued by the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate. Guitar Help disinfects instruments using an ozone chamber, the only method that is safe for the finish, parts and accessories. It is guaranteed to thoroughly sanitize the instrument without the use of substances that dull the polished surfaces of guitars and bass guitars, and without exposing delicate layers of varnish to UV radiation.
Scope of services
We provide services that are tailored the needs of our clients. Our list of services corresponds to the most commonly occurring problems. Prices vary depending on the type and condition of the instrument. Allow 4–6 business days. Our high-tech, standardized process keeps service time to a minimum. We don’t hold on to our clients’ instruments any longer than necessary.
Team of experienced electronic engineers
Guitar Help is the only instrument repair shop in Poland that offers professional diagnostics and repair of circuitry in instruments and amplifiers, performed by our team of experienced electronic engineers. We eliminate humming by rewiring circuits (hum-canceling) and shielding them with an EMR layer. Repairs and maintenance of protected circuits (active pickups and preamps) are carried out according to ESD standards, preventing any accidental damage caused by electrostatic discharge.
Hygro™: Controlled Humidity
Guitar Help is the only instrument repair shop in Poland that offers Hygro™, a non-invasive procedure that undoes the sound degradation and structural deformation that occurs in instruments when they are dried out by winter heating. Hygro™ restores a dried-out instrument to its previous condition, fixing string buzz, neck warping, sunken soundboards, and loose bridges. Hygro™ may prevent the need for more invasive repairs, saving you time and money.

Guitar Help team did a great job as usual. I brought them my Ibanez avoustic guitar with a broken Shadow SH141 pickup. Not only they repaired it in a short time, but now IT SOUNDS EVEN MUCH BETTER THAN BEFORE!Absolutely the best "liutnik" in Warsaw and one of the best I ever met in Italy and Switzerland too. Moreover, the quality vs price ratio is outstanding.Thumbs up! ;)

If you have a high end guitar, this is the place to take it. I wouldn't have any qualms about leaving the guitar there overnight or even over a period of a week or two to get major repairs done. It's also nice that the shop is in Warsaw and not out in the suburbs, as it is much more convenient than many places I know about. I've seen guitars that were entirely rebuilt by these guys, so don't be afraid to go for "serious work".

Best luthiers in Warsaw. Thanks to Guitar Help my acoustic guitar got a second life. It never sounded that good before; after repair: string action is low, neck is perfectly straight, frets are levelled and shiny. Nut and bridge height got adjusted as well.To get an instrument from the shop sounding the way my guitar sounds now I would need to spend 6x times more money than the actual repair cost.Perfect customer service, I am sure I will be back.

Their service is 10 out of 10... careful service, attention to details, precise work, great advices, friendly environment (they all speak English). Thanks to all the employees I had all my basses sounding and looking the best possible. I got this Mixbass 6-string bass modified several times, both internally and externally. It sounds and looks as a work done by the best shop in Poland..! Totally recommended

Great work on my various Gretsches. I'm very, very picky, quite hard to please and I tend to drive luthieres crazy. Guitar Help team is simply very good and very professional. They don't take risks and they listen. That's the big thing. I'm not particularly interested in a "luthiere's setup," as I know how I want my guitar. These guys are perfectly willing to listen to what I want (although they do have solid suggestions).
