No Bullsh

Went to Verona’s Nail bar next door and was ignored the whole time, no one said anything to us for 15 mins, no wait time, no place to sit while waiting, so we just left. Checked into United Nails & Spa and was immediately accommodated by very friendly staff. Got a beautiful dip ombre, pretty good drinks, and fast service! Definitely recommend!

It was my first visit here at United Nails & Spa. This place felt like a hidden gem. It was very beautiful on the inside and spotless. The nail tech was gentle and meticulous in his work that the finished product came out so beautiful. I didn’t get his name but he did a wonderful job – absolutely beautiful artistry. They also treated me very kindly too. I’ll be coming back again! Thank you so much

Always go here & have loved my nails every time. I normally show a photo of what I’d want & they always accommodate. However, I went there today and paid $97 …. My nails look great but not $97 great. I was charged $40 extra today bc I showed a photo of what I wanted. Was disappointed that every time I go I’m charged very random prices.

I have been going here for more than a year. Every time I go I get the same older man. He is very pleasant and does a good job on the pedicure but does not paint nails very well. For the expense of this service I should get both a good pedicure and painted nails. It’s on so thick, all over my skin, painted uneven and generally not a good job. I take my daughter and even she knows it’s not a good paint job. Also, whether it’s busy or slow I always get the same man so I feel like they give you who they think you deserve and not who is available.

Found United Nails after my long time technician named Jay who was next door at Verona nails was let go, along with the entire staff, because of new management. Under new management at Verona, I did go ahead and try to get my nails done, however, I was placed with a technician that did not understand absolutely anything I was saying and was very rough and insensitive in handling my hands. Having a technician that you adore is like wearing your favorite lipstick, you stick with it. Instead of new management facilitating the conversation and transition to someone new, management was very impatient and terse! At that point, I declined to get my nails done there as they were not deserving of my money. Needing my nails done, I walked out and went directly next door to United Nails. No it is not all the fancy chandeliers and designer decor and frills however, there are some things I cannot put a price on and that is fine customer service and courtesy. United Nails is my new nail shop.

Wrost experience. not worth of you money at all. They did not scrub the dead skin from feet, whicg is the basic thing to expect from pedicure. I do not recommemd at all. $55 is just wasted. I do bot recommend at all.
