I stopped in while I was doing my laundry so a very nice nail salon got a $40 pedicure asked if they could do extra on the heels and that I would pay extra. The woman was so nasty. I asked her if she could do the blade please I would pay extra she said no ! lol
I then thought maybe she didn't understand so I spoke to the guy at the counter while I was in the chair and said, can I pay extra to get the dry skin off and he said it was too late because they were getting ready to paint my nails I said no it's OK I'll pay extra before you paint my nails And he said no too late. I asked as I was walking out the door it seemed like the woman was mad for some reason I normally tip $20 to my person. Whoever it is the guy at the counter said to me she was in a bad mood today, unbelievable

worst nail salon. I went in for a pedicure and the technician had a terrible attitude. The water to soak my feet was extremely hot. I told the technician and she once again motioned for me to put my feet in the water. She then argued with the front desk person. Second complaint I had was she left old polish on my toes. I had to point that out. Third complaint is that I had to ask to have my nails filed. I foolishly gave her a 5 dollar tip and did not get a thank you. Lastly, when I walked out I told the manager (or front desk person) I was not coming back. He did not seem to care. I am in the customer service business. You never let a customer leave unhappy.

Have been going there since they opened and have spent a lot of money over time there. I walked in today after being there during the week from getting a special pedicure and gel manicure because my gel was already lifting. wanted a few nails fixed, owner very uninterested that they were lifting already, i was told to sit then rudely told a minute later by the guy that 2 nails will be a long wait. I guess unless you are spending bigger money nothing is a concern to them. wont be back. Gel manicure should last more then 4 days.

I have been going to Blessing Nail Spa for around six months now. The place is relaxing, nice and seems very clean. I see Lorna for my manicures and pedicures, and I have to say, she's been great! Her foot massages with the pedicure are amazing and probably the best I've ever had and I am a pretty picky person! I haven't used anybody else yet, but so far, I am very satisfied with Lorna.
