The staff here treats the Hispanic ladies lot staff very poorly every time I'm here and they are the reason I return to this establishment. They never rush my service and they always do a fabulous job. Once they hear I am getting regular polish because I'm an esthetician, nobody but them ever want to do my nails which is a shame since I always tip minimum $20 for regular polish. Nancy was fabulous and deserves to be treated way better. I used to be a regular for Lucy who doesn't work there anymore. ( probably because they treated her poorly every single time I had her) Maria is also fabulous. I'm hoping the owners will see this and give these ladies the recognition they so badly deserve. Ask for Nancy she was absolutely wonderful.

I took myself, my daughter and my niece for a treat. I got my daughter a gift certificate for xmas they said full set of acrylics was $60, so that's what I got. when we sat down they said it was $70. then I asked for a different nail tech then last time bc my daughters nails fell off in 5 days. they gave me same women. then she comes over to me to ask if she wants this or that but this is better and stronger, so she upsold on everything, but I said fine do it. her nails came out to $110.00. but instead of upwelling she should've done what my daughter asked for, she asked for long she said no to young we do short, she asked for French with black tips she said no to young we do blue ombré which I think she's ons with ombre bc she made her do that against my daughters wishes last time. I called when I got home bc we were in a rush and told her my daughter got NOTHING she asked for. owner said to come back after the new year. so I called as soon as I could but wound up getting Covid, she said it's going on 2 weeks I said I know with the holiday and work and now I have Covid. So she wanted to charge us a minimum. i said no way her nails were $110.00 I won't pay for another dime more and I wanted a full née set bc surprise they fell off again. She hung up on me! I will never go back there again And neither should anyone else! Instead of upselling they should concentrate on client satisfaction. They are rude and they can't even do great nails! SHAME ON YOU PLAZA NAILS!!

I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years and I don't really know why I still come here. It's always a hit or miss with the nails. They have such a wide range of colors which I love and is probably the only reason I go. This place is always packed so I started making a appointments with a specific person and when I come in for my appt i end up waiting 10 minutes and didn't even have the person I wanted. Why make an appointment if you're just going to be treated as a walk in. I asked for the most simple plain color which they had I even told her which number and she ends up doing a totally different color because it's prettier. Workers are rude and judgmental. Prices are expensive and every time i get my nails done it's always a different price. Please save your time and money. Literally bc it took 2 hours for a solid colored dip powder mani

I tried this nail spa bc of the decor. It's newly renovated and beautiful inside. Jackie is amazing and this is my new nail spa. I did the Dip Powder Ombré with Almond shape. Love! They also do lashes which I'll try as well. This nail spa is so clean and beautiful, a must try. Jackie is amazing. She may be the owner, not sure.

First time here since the pandemic and it was very COVID friendly. They took my temperature upon arrival then asked me to write down my name and phone #. They wrote down my temperature next to my info and had protective plexiglass at each station. They do appear to be under some renovations so there are some tools scattered about but that's just part of life.
